An Energy Flow


Bent on a journey
To experience Qi by way
of the Waitankung

Peaceful exercise
Breathing control stimulates
good energy flow

Qi flows smoothly through
improved blood circulation
and relaxed muscles

  9. I would try it someday, to see how it works on me. However I dunno if I should undergo training beforehand or just have a whack at it.

    1. Apparently there's no training. Just go through the routines. There are 12 basic and 8 ancillary ones. In time you'll get used to them. Good luck George!

  14. You are a poet. And also a teacher. I like what I see of this exercise and bookmarked the video. I did Tai Chi for awhile years ago but it did not keep me interested. Yoga is my favorite but I have so many distractions around the house. This Qi exercise looks like a good balance between the two. Thank you.
